Q. I like your images. Can I use them?
A. All of the images you’ll find on this website are legally owned by BNP Design Studio. If you want to use our images, you will have to purchase them for a minimal amount.

Q: I only need some images for a school project. Do I really have to pay for them?
A: That depends whether the image you want is licensed or not. The images from the Free Images section of the site are not licensed, so you can use them however you like for no charge whatsoever. However, the images outside that section are licensed, so you will have to purchase them from us before you can use them.

Q: Would I need to register on your site to buy items from you?
A: No, you would not; however, you will be required to provide some personal information for us to be able to process your order.

Q. How can I get the image I want?
A: Just click on the thumbnail of the image. A list of details related to it will then be displayed and a tab asking you whether you would like to add it to your shopping cart will appear.
Once you’ve added all the items you want to your cart, go to the “Shopping Cart” section and click “Checkout.” You will then be asked to review your order and provide your billing and contact details.
After you’re done, click on “Purchase” then provide the information that will be asked from you then click “Review and Continue.” If the financial information you provided were accepted, you will receive a message on the e-mail address you provided containing the link to the webpage where you can download the images you purchased from.

Q: What are my payment options?
A: We accept PayPal and credit or debit card payments.

Q: I am being asked for some of my personal information upon checkout. Do I really need to give it to you?
A: Yes. We only collect personal information for creating invoices and tax purposes, so you can rest assured that your information will never be shared or sold to third party organizations.

Q: Can I get a refund if I purchased a product but there is some problem with it?
A: If the issue you’re having has something to do with the formats, sizes, or the number of designs you’ve purchased, we’re afraid no refund can be given because of the digital nature of these products. However, if you purchased a product and did not receive it or you accidentally received two copies of the same image instead of two different ones, we can issue a refund under your name. For other concerns like receiving a corrupted file or similar issues, you can get in touch with us through our “Contact Us” page and we will be more than willing to assist you with your concern.

Q: What if I my computer crashed and I lost all the images I downloaded from you, would it be possible to download them again without paying any extra charges?
A: That would be possible, but please do note that we can only resend download links for the same images. If the image you want to download again are no longer available in our database for whatever reason, we’re afraid that we can’t send a different image as a replacement. Because of this, we strongly suggest that you back up all your files in case a problem occurs.

Usage of Images

Q: I found one of your images through the help of a search engine. Since it’s on the internet, it means I can use it, right?
A: Not necessarily. Being available online is different from being available for everyone’s use, so even if an image can be readily found on the internet, you will still have to check if a person, group, or organization has a legal claim to it.

Q: Do I really have to do that? I mean, you cannot possibly trace who uploads and downloads which images, right?
A: Yes. Modern technology has found ways to help copyright owners protect their rights by embedding “fingerprints” on licensed images. Using these “fingerprints,” licensed images can be tracked anytime, anywhere, regardless if it has been modified in one way or another. Once a copyrighted image has been identified, the image in question will be flagged up and the copyright owners will be notified.
